Asana, Inc.

Purpose: Productivity, collaboration and organisation tool

Data hosting location: US

Further details: Personal Data is processed under the terms of the Data Processing Addendum available here. Asana is certified under the EU-U.S Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Where applicable, Personal Data will be transferred under the applicable Standard Contractual Clauses, as further detailed here.

Atlassian Pty Ltd (Jira)

Purpose: Developer process management

Data hosting location: EEA

Google LLC

Purpose: Cloud hosting provider

Data hosting location: Google Cloud EU West (Migrate (Hosted))
Google Cloud Central US Region (Automate, Archive, Backup, Email Signature)
Customer data migrated with Migrate (Self-Hosted) will be processed in the location chosen by the Customer.

Microsoft Corporation

Purpose: Cloud hosting provider

Data hosting location: West Europe, East US or West US (at the Customer’s option)

Pendo.io Inc.

Purpose: Customer experience tool

Salesforce UK Limited (Slack)

Purpose: Collaboration tool

Data hosting location: US

Further details: Personal Data processed on behalf of UK and EU Customers is transferred to the US pursuant to Binding Corporate Rules and/or  the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable, under the Salesforce Data Processing Addendum, a copy of which is available here. 

Zendesk, Inc.

Purpose: Customer support

Data hosting location: EEA

Further details: Personal Data is processed in accordance with the data processing agreement in place between CloudM and Zendesk. International transfers are governed by appropriate Binding Corporate Rules and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. Further details are available here.
