Okta initiates user provisioning and CloudM ensures the correct access to folders, files, calendars and the correct email signature for the duration of employment.

When a leaver is triggered by Okta Universal Directory, CloudM automatically reassigns contacts and calendar appointments.

CloudM have partnered with Okta to develop the CloudM People Finder - a free, standalone application, available to Okta administrators to install from the Okta Integration Network, that allows any Okta user to search for people across their organization, using information stored within the Okta Universal Directory (UD).
