    Folders User’s original folder structure will be recreated in Microsoft 365
    Categories Categories are migrated to Exchange / Microsoft 365
    Read State Email read status is maintained so unread emails can be prioritized
    Priority Priority status is maintained in Exchange/Microsoft 365
    Date Range Filters In conjunction with the multi-pass capability, the tool features configurable date ranges for messages, events and documents
    Account Delegates Option to migrate Exchange account delegations to Exchange/Microsoft 365
    Signatures Option to migrate a user’s signature(s) to Exchange/Microsoft 365
    Sticky Notes User’s notes are migrated to Exchange/Microsoft 365
    Labels Users original labels and structure in Google are recreated as categories in Exchange/Microsoft 365

  • Multiple Address Books The Global Address List along with all address books associated with a user’s mailbox are migrated to Exchange / Microsoft 365
    Personal Contacts Contacts including telephone, email address and location are migrated to Exchange/Microsoft 365
    Personal Groups Personal groups associated with a user’s mailbox are migrated to Exchange / Microsoft 365

  • Main Calendar All Google calendar appointments, and recurring appointments within specified date ranges are migrated.
    Secondary Calendars Google sub calendars are also migrated to Exchange / Microsoft 365
    Appointments Google calendar appointments, and recurring appointments within specified date ranges are migrated
    Attendees Google appointment attendees are migrated and distributed to everybody invited to an appointment
    Reminders Google appointment reminder settings are migrated to Exchange / Microsoft 365
    Shared Calendar Rights Google shared Calendar rights are migrated to Office 365 provided the user already exists in Exchange / Microsoft 365
    Tasks Option to migrate Exchange / Outlook tasks
    Task Attachments Any documents or files attached to a task will also be migrated to Exchange / Microsoft 365
    Rooms, Equipment, People Google resources such as rooms, equipment and people can all be migrated to Exchange / Microsoft 365
    Out of Office Option to migrate a user’s Out of Office messages to Exchange/Microsoft 365 including their current status

  • Folder Hierarchies and Files Google Drive and Shared Drives folder hierarchies from the source file system are recreated in the destination
    Preserve File Dates Option preserves the source file modified dates
    Folder and File ACLs Option enables File system Access Control Lists to be migrated
    File Type Filters Files may be selectively migrated depending on file type and created date
    Migrate Empty Folders Folders empty of any files are migrated

  • Attachments Any email attachment permitted in Google Vault is migrated
    Attachments to File Option to detach over-sized email attachments and store them in OneDrive. A link to the file is then placed back in the migrated email.
    Date Ranges Control which emails are migrated from Google Vault by setting a date range

  • Simultaneous Migrations The tool supports simultaneous migrations if the source platform allows this
    Provision Destination Account The tool will optionally create account(s) in OneDrive for Business
    Full Reporting Options for a full migration report and user reports in PDF format. Plus live progress reports and detailed log files
