We are writing to inform you that, as part of an internal group reorganisation, the CloudM Migrate (Self-Hosted) End User Licence Agreement (EULA) currently between you, the End User, and Cloud Technology Solutions Ltd t/a CloudM will be novated to CloudM Software Limited  with effect from 1 April 2024, in accordance with the provisions of clause 14 of the EULA. 

We have also updated the terms of the EULA, and the changes will take effect from 1 April 2024 – the updated terms can be accessed here.

We are writing to inform you that, as part of an internal group reorganisation, the CloudM SaaS Modules Subscription Agreement (Subscription Agreement) currently between you, the End User, and Cloud Technology Solutions Ltd t/a CloudM will be novated to CloudM Software Limited  with effect from 1 April 2024, in accordance with the provisions of clause 13 of the Subscription Agreement. 

We have also updated the terms of the Subscription Agreement, and the changes will take effect from 1 April 2024- the updated terms can be accessed here.
