   • Initial migration: performed without data to create the destination space.
   • Primary data migration: transferred SharePoint Teams and user data to the new Shared Drives.
   • Delta migration: migrated user data as well as Teams conversations and attachments, ensuring all permissions were preserved.
2. Streamlined Teams conversion:
   • For some Teams where the conversations did not need to be maintained, SharePoint backend sites were migrated to Shared Drives separately.
   • For others, Teams conversations and backend data were migrated in a single batch to corresponding Spaces, saving time and effort.
3. Time-saving features:
   • Automatic Space creation in Google Workspace with permissions mapping reduced manual workload.
   • CloudM’s Hosted Migration eliminated the need for Mantel Group to set up servers, saving valuable time.

• Scope: successfully migrated all users, 50 team drives, and 800GB of data across four global locations.
