How do I read the supported migration paths table?
The first part shows what you’re migrating from. The second part shows where that data can be migrated to.
For example, if your destination is Google Workspace, you may see paths such as:
User → User: Data from one user account can be migrated to another user account.
User → Group: Data from a user account can be migrated to a Google group.
User → Shared Drive: Drive content from a user account can be migrated to a Google shared drive.
If your destination is Microsoft 365, you may see paths such as:
User → Microsoft 365 group: Data from a user account can be migrated to a Microsoft 365 group.
User → Microsoft team: Data from a user account can be migrated to a Microsoft team.
User → Team Site: Drive or file data can be migrated to a SharePoint team site.
The columns show which data types are supported for each path, such as Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Drive, Notes, Tasks, or Conversations.

My source platform isn’t listed. What do I do?
If your platform isn’t listed, it likely falls under one of CloudM’s general migration options:

What’s included in the migration of Conversations?
Conversations includes chat-based content from Google and Microsoft.
In Google Workspace, this means Spaces conversations, direct messages, and group chats.
In Microsoft 365, this means Teams channel conversations and users’ private chats.
