Smart Starts for management

Smart Starts for CloudM Manage come in three options, bronze, silver and gold, providing you with an understanding of the key features, automation tools and admin interface.
Bronze
In our bronze package, over a 2 hour call, our team will take you through the basics of CloudM, including product installation and implementation including a full product overview.
This basic level still covers an incredible amount of information, including product installation and synchronization, navigation, administration, and settings.
We’ll show you product implementation and configuration, including consultation, guidance, push notifications and admin notifications.
Silver
The silver package is a more indepth look at the platform. This includes four 2-hour sessions, covering what’s in the bronze package, but also diving deeper into email signatures, Smart Teams, offboarding workflows, branding configuration and Team Role Configuration.
Gold
The gold package is an impressive twelve 2-hour sessions, giving a thorough overview of CloudM Manage, including a comprehensive installation with multiple configurations for key features, turning you from novice to knowledgeable in no time.
Smart Starts for migrations
If your company is growing, a migration is inevitable.
Whether you’re switching vendors, acquiring businesses, or employing more staff, migrations are the next step for a company heading up the ladder.
Our incredible migration software takes the stress out of a migration, allowing your business to grow at your pace, without being slowed down by unreliable systems.
CloudM’s Smart Start for migration provides you with all the tools you need to run a seamless migration with as little down time as possible, and is perfect for those who want to get a head start without needing a fully serviced migration.
Bronze
Our bronze package is an intensive 2-hour session with our migration experts, helping you understand exactly what you need and identifying any technical requirements necessary.
The workshop will discuss the source and destination platforms, number of users to migrate, the size of the data involved and any project deadlines you need to meet.
This is where our team can give you an honest timeframe for your migration and point out any challenges that might lie ahead.
Silver
The next step up is four, in-depth, 2 hour sessions with our experts, scoping out the requirements of your migration.
Through one discovery workshop and three further sessions, our team will cover the technical issues and requirements, server setup, installation and configuration, and the best practises when carrying out the migration.
We will also give you a detailed insight into reporting and how you can use it to investigate any post-migration issues that might occur.
Gold
Our gold package is a tailored consultancy service including a discovery workshop to discuss the migration project in detail, focusing on the specific and important aspects of your unique migration.
As well as everything in the silver package, there will be a testing stage, where we will perform a test migration on a small number of agreed test accounts. This is an extremely important phase of any migration project and allows you to verify that the migration results are as expected.
Beyond
If you find yourself wishing that the Gold Smart Start supported you even further along the migration timeline, you might prefer a Serviced Migration, provided by the same CloudM experts but taking you from start to finish, saving you even more time and stress.
