Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Modern Slavery is the severe exploitation of other people for personal or commercial gain. There are many forms of modern slavery, the most common being human trafficking, forced labour, bonded labour and slavery of children. These types of modern slavery are global issues in society that can appear in all types of industries and sectors.
CloudM Software Limited and its subsidiaries (CloudM) have a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. This statement sets out CloudM’s actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks in relation to its business, and the steps we have put in place to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains.
Our business
CloudM is a leading cloud migration and data management software provider, empowering IT teams to migrate, archive and backup data through frictionless, secure and automated products. We have been helping customers migrate and manage their data in the cloud for over 10 years.
Our policies
CloudM strives to act ethically and with integrity and is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. This statement reflects our commitment as a business to acting ethically and with integrity in our business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective controls to reduce the risk and ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking does not take place.

Training and awareness
Here at CloudM, we understand that modern slavery is not static and therefore we are committed to ensuring the continual monitoring of risks within our business and supply chain. We have dedicated members of staff whose responsibility it is to monitor this, and we ensure that they have a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking within the business.
As an organisation, we ensure that our staff understands how to recognise the signs of modern slavery and human trafficking by providing appropriate training, and we encourage all of our employees and contractors to report any concerns they may have in that respect.
Prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking
CloudM regularly reviews the policies and processes in place to ensure that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains. .
If any employee is concerned or suspicious around certain activities within the organisation or the supply chain, we urge them to report this to a Director immediately. Any reports made regarding any suspicions or concerns will be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated.
Approval of this statement
This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes CloudM’s Modern Slavery statement for the current financial year.
